We use NZ Post Courier for tracked delivery and have pickups every week day Monday to Friday after 1pm.
New Years sending cut-off dates for 2023/2024 within New Zealand:
NZ Post courier is closed over new years and the next collection date is Wednesday 3rd January 2024.

Shipping times:
NZ Post Courier have an overnight delivery target for North Island (non rural). For rural and South Island deliveries please allow one to three working days.

Packaging Materials
If you have any special requests for packaging, like unbranded boxes to keep it more a mystery from curious eyes just pop a packing note to your cart before you get to the checkout.
We use a combination of recycled and recyclable boxes, cardboard wrap, Kraft paper, and LDPE courier bags with paper wrapping and paper filler.
We have introduced the use of paper tape and removed the use of additional plastic tapes from all of our packaging..

Add To Your Order / COMBINE
If you have placed an order and have something else you would like to add before your order has been shipped you can use the discount code COMBINE at check out to remove the shipping cost of that order.
This code is valid over the weekend or until your order has been packed and tracking number generated.
If you are earning Flybuys with your orders, Flybuys are issued separately for the add on order and not combined with the initial order.
This is not a free shipping code for new orders.
